Rock the Run 5k Pirates vs Princess

$20 – $30We’re returning to Fairgrounds Park on April 25th, 2020 for our 6th annual Rock the Run 5K and we hope to see even more pirates, princesses, mermaids, and knights!
Our Rock the Run 5K started in 2015 as a way to not only celebrate the 60th Diamond Anniversary of The Hope Center at Hagerstown Rescue Mission but also as a way to bring the community together to help raise support and awareness for the homeless and hungry in our community.
We didn’t hope to just celebrate a major milestone in our community, but also, give our community a fun way to be a part of the next 60 years of The Hope Center in Hagerstown. Each year we’ve succeeded in accomplishing our goal by bringing businesses, runners, walkers, competitors, and volunteers together to have fun, share some laughs, run a few miles, and raise money for those in need. And we know this year won’t be any different!

KIDS FUN RUN!
Returning in 2020!
Parents – your kids (ages 5-10) can join in all the race day fun! We’re hosting our mile long Kids Fun Run at 8:30am at Fairgrounds Park. Cheer on your little runners as they hit the pavement a half hour before the 5K.
For only $5 your kids can be a part of the Pirates vs Princess fun – and they get their own t-shirt! The mile run takes place inside of Fairgrounds Park. And after the race they’re more than welcome to join you as you run the 5K or they can hang out and play games and do art projects while you enjoy our course.
Why not make this a whole family day? Bring the whole family and dress up as pirates, mermaids, princesses, knights – or just in your favorite running attire.
