Walk with Ease classes at the Washington County Commission on Aging start June 3rd! Classes meet three days per week for 6 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm. For more information or to register call: 301-790-0275 ext. 231
Walk with Ease is designed to help people living with arthritis better manage their pain, but it’s also ideal for people without arthritis who want to make walking a regular habit.
