Boost your mental health with every step you take and help us say IDONTMIND in a big way. \nMay 1 – May 31\, 2021\nRegister to run a 5K\, 10K\, or half-marathon anytime during Mental Health Month. \nIt’s completely virtual\nThat means wherever you are\, you can run with us. \nAll abilities encouraged\nWhether you’re a seasoned runner or looking for new ways to work movement into your life\, all abilities are welcome and encouraged. Run\, walk\, or roll with us – whatever works for you. \nHelp us raise $25k for mental health resources\nRegistration is free\, fundraising is encouraged! DESCRIPTION:View flyer \nBring your kids and their bicycles and helmets to the Bike Rodeo at the Bike Safe Play Court\, located at the Hagerstown YMCA\, for a fun event to help kids learn and practice bicycle safety skills on Saturday\, May 15th. Drop in any time between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.. \nActivities will include helmet fittings (and free helmets for those who don’t have one)\, bike tune ups\, on-bicycle obstacle courses\, and a biking test riding on the “streets” of the Bike Safe Play Court! Once they complete the event\, each kid will receive a coupon for a free ice cream! \nMasks and social distancing will be required. \nPlease note that this event will not be teaching children how to ride a bike. Kids who are not old enough to ride a bicycle may ride a tricycle or balance bike. \nRain date: May 29th
