Aerobic activities such as yoga\, biking\, or fitness classes count as “miles.” Throughout the 100 days\, weekly emails offer motivational tips\, recipes\, and ideas to reach your daily miles. Plus\, be invited to join a private Facebook page to share your experience with other 100 Milers! \nJoin us for the 100 Miler Kick-Off on Friday\, January 10\, 4-7 pm!\nGet healthy and moving in the New Year – pledge to walk one mile a day for 100 days! Attend our kick-off event at the Fit Room in Fairgrounds Park. Register on-site (or ahead of time) and visit with health and fitness vendors to learn healthy habits for 2020!
